Q: Are there any directions for how to make it a semi-flush mount? Want to hang in foyer from an 8 ft ceiling. How far will it hang?
A: Yes there is instructions on semi-flush. I have mine hung that way on our 8’ ceilings and the very bottom is 13.5” down from the ceiling.
Q: How bright is this light? We are looking for something fairly bright.
A: I guess in the end it really depends what bulbs you put in but there is no opaque glass or anything covering so you get the full effect of the light. I have mine in a 13’x15’ bedroom semi-flush on 8’ ceiling and have LED bulbs in it. It’s plenty bright for that.
Q: When this is flush mount, how far down does it measure from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture?
A: 14 inches
