Q: Do you have to mount as shown (with 2 chains vertically?) Or can you hang both chains from a single canopy (chains form an “A”)?
A: We did mount this using one connection as a “A” pretty easily. You will need two people (Either way) to hang it. It looks great and works well hung this way – you just need to tie up the “excess” chain back to the cord using zip ties if you want it to look clean.
Q: Is there a pull on/off chain for this fixture?
A: No pull chain — hard wired to light switch–up on of the chains.
Q: How does the item ship?
A: Packed well. You will need to do an easy assemble and then mount it where you want it. Also bulbs are not included. I use LED bulbs. Mine is a four light set up that is above my 9′ pool table. It works great and looks fantastic.
Q: Would this be too long for a 7 foot table?
A: No it should work fine. Hanging over my 8 foot table it still leaves 6-8 inches on either side.
