Q: I can’t get the f screws to fit in the holes. Am I doing something wrong?
A: It is a challenge!! Try to move the pieces while at the same screwing the screw in. Do not over tighten the set screws before putting on the base because the sorry tool strips and A STRUGGLE to loosen for adjustment. Good luck!

Q: How do you tighten the pole to the base? A wrench was included, but what do you use it with?
