Q: My phone is iPhone XS. Do I need a special adapter charge it on this device? Is the orientation critical?
A: No adapter is needed. Align the phone on the rounded Qi charging pad and in the same orientation as the dimmer slider also perpendicular to the long direction of the lamp.
Q: If I bought two of these lamps, would they work pair together for stereo audio?
A: No, they do not pair together to play at the same time from one source.
Q: Is this 110v to 240v?
A: No, it is only 110V, USA adapter plug.
Q: Does it come with European plug?
A: Sorry, it comes with USA Plug. However if your home power is 110V, you can buy only extension plug to European shape to be able to use it with our adaptor.
