A: The shade is included in the height dimensions.
Q: Are the lamps black?
A: Yes with a qualification that they are metal so it is not a solid black like a painted surface. It is more like an antiqued surface. But, you would have to look close to see variations. I am very happy with them especially for the price.
Q: Are both table lamps the same size? They look to be slightly different heights in a couple of the pictures
A: One is a hair shorter, if there not side by side you can’t notice. For the price these three lamps are awesome, you won’t be disappointed if you buy them.
